An apple a day keeps the doctor away and apple juice has to be one of my favorite fruit juices. An easy way to get your daily intake of fruits and vegetables interesting with these tasty juice recipes.

Apple Tang

Ingredients...

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Sprigs of fresh mint
  • Half an inch of ginger

Method...

Juice all ingredients and serve over ice. 

Benefits...

Apples have numerous health benefits, this juice will aid in weight loss and be great for your bone health. The mint will help your digestion and ease inflammation. The ginger is great for muscle pain and soreness.

Beet Treat - Apple Juice Recipe

Ingredients...

  • 1 Apple
  • Half Beetroot 
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • Half a Lemon

Method...

Juice all ingredients and serve. Add water/sparkling water if you prefer a more liquid consistancy.  

Benefits...

This immune boosting juice and will also lower your blood pressure. Celery is an excellent source of antioxidants and is high in essential vitamins.

Apple Carrot Juice Recipe


Spice Twist

Ingredients...

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • Handful of Parsley and Cilantro 
  • Inch of slice of ginger

Method...

Simple juice all ingredients and serve. Enjoy over ice or room tempreture. 

Benefits...

Carrots are super beneficial for your blood pressure as they relax tension in your blood vessels and arteries. They are also good at preventing cancer and aiding digestion. 

Ginger is helpful when you are feeling nauseous, even assist with morning sickness so pregnant ladies drink up.

Apple Watercress Juice


Juice Time 

Ingredients...

  • 1 Apple
  • 150g of Grapes
  • Handful of Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp of Lime Juice
  • 30g Watercress

Method...

Juice all ingredients and enjoy! 

The watercress can be a little pepper tasting, so you may not want to add it if you prefer.

Benefits...

This juice will aid in weight loss and is rich in health-protecting antioxidants. Believe it or not watercress is effective cancer preventer and studies have shown it will prevent the recurrence of breast cancer.

Apple Kale Juice


Green Goodness 

Ingredients...

  • 1 Apple
  • 3 Kale Leaves
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 3 Carrots
  • Half Green Bell Pepper

Method...

Juice all ingredients and serve.

Benefits...

This juice is high in iron and peppers are high in vitamin in E (keeps skin looking youthful). Carrots are amazing at preventing infections and cancer, as well as cleansing your body.
