Blackberries are an ideal ingredient for your juices. They have great anti-oxidant properties and make for a mouth-watering treat. Almost every morning you will find me adding frozen berries to my juices.

Summer Juice

Ingredients...

  • 1 Cup Blackberries
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Pear
  • Half Cup Pineapple

Method...

Juice all ingredients and enjoy.

Benefits...

This juice is full of essential Vitamins and Minerals, as well as being packed with dietary fiber. The pineapple will help aid with your digestion and help you shed a few of them unwanted pounds. 

Perfect for a breakfast juice, ideally you want to consume this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning to reap the full benefits.

Berry Delicious

Ingredients...

  • 2 Cups Blackberries
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear

Method...

Combine all ingredients in your juicer and juice!

Ideal for supporting digestive health and it has great anti-oxidant properties. Reduces the risk of cancer and cucumbers are know to help manage stress. 

Pears are one of the lowest calorie fruits with only 58 calories per 100g. It is a great source of minerals such as copper, potassium, manganese and iron. Along with blackberries and carrots, pears are one of my favourite juice ingredients.

Ingredients...

  • 2 Cups Blackberries (Frozen)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • Ice Cubes

Method...

Blend all ingredients and enjoy. 

Benefits...

Jam packed with essential vitamins and nutrients like Potassium, magnesium, Vitamin C and B6.

Greek yogurt is high in probiotic cultures and in protein. It is a good food to consume if you are looking to lose weight.  This is a smoothie you can drink quite regularly as its almost a meal replacement.

Blackberry Goodness

Ingredients...

  • 1 Cup of Blackberries
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Beetroot
  • Half Lemon

Method...

Throw all your ingredients in the blender and blend. This juice is pure goodness in a cup, I know you will enjoy it as much as I do :)

Benefits...

This juice will boost your stamina, lower your blod pressure and fight inflammation. It also has good detoxification support and is high in Vitamin C.

Ideal to have first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Great way to start your day with such a high dose of Vitamins.
