  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • Juice from Half a Lemon

Method...

Combine all ingredients in your juicer and juice. By the way you can drink this at anytime of the day!

Benefits...

Carrots are nutrient dense and low calories they will make you feel fuller for longer.

Celery is high in water content and dietary fiber making it an ideal food to consume when you are trying to lose weight.

Guilt Free Treats

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root

Method...

Throw all ingredients into your juicer and juice. 

Benefits...

Sweet potatoes have to be one of my favorite foods to consume when trying to lose weight. They are high in fibre, have a low calorie content and high water content.

They are one of the cleanest carbohydrates you can consume.

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • Handful of Spinach 
  • Handful of Kale

Juice all ingredients in your juicer and enjoy!

Benefits...

If you are trying to lose weight consume leafy green vegetables is a must due to their high fiber content. 

Believe it or not but pears contain 20% of your daily needed fiber needs.

Pineapple contains manganese which helps regulate your blood sugar levels as well as aids in calcium absorption. 

Apples are high in water content and fiber. They help promote fullness and reduce calorie intake.

Fat Destroyer 

Ingredients...

  • 4 Carrots
  • Half Cup Lime Juice
  • Juice from 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root

Method...

Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit and then add the remaining ingredients. Juice and enjoy the flavors. 

Benefits...

Grapefruit is one of the best fruits you can consume when trying to lose weight. They are low in calories and it also stabilizes blood sugar levels. 

This juice is high in Vitamins A, K and B6. Ginger root is used for weight loss as it increases metabolism.
