  • 4 Apples (Green)
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 4 Kale Leaves
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root

Instructions

  1. First juice 1 cucumber
  2. Then juice leafy ingredients i.e. Spinach, Parsley & Kale
  3. Then juice the other cucumber and the rest of the ingredients
