I know, I know making your kids eat vegetables can be harder than trying to solve an algebra equation. Not just that, trying to get them to eat nutrious food is a task and a half.

The solution is making them delicious healthy juices. You want the juices to be slightly sweet as your kids wont enjoy them otherwise but dont add too much fruit in the mix as the sugar content will add up quickly.

Ingredients...

  • 2 Cucumbers 
  • 1 Green Apple 
  • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley 
  • Juice from half a lemon

Method...

Juice all ingredients and serve on ice. You may have to remove the parsley if you kid isnt enjoying the juice in the beginning.

Apples are ideal for your kids health, they are great for your heart and bones. The parsley is high in iron and Vitamin K. Also, it supports healthy kidney function and has cancer fighting compounds.

  • 1 Inch of ginger
  • 2 Green Apples
  • Dash of honey
