Ingredients...

  • 2 Papayas (De-skinned & Pitted)
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup of Ice

Method...

Combine all ingredients in your juicer and juice.

Benefits...

Consuming foods like papaya decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease. It is also a very good source of healthy carbohydrates, high in Vitamins B and E.

Pineapple and raspberry are great for your digestion with their digestive enzymes. The also promote weight loss.
