Pineapple juice has to be one of my favourite fruit juices. It has such a unique flavour and it always reminds me of being on holiday. Pineapple juice aids in weight loss, its not like other fruits that have a high sugar content.

Pine Fizz

Ingredients...

  • 2 Cups Pineapple Pieces
  • 3 Carrots
  • Half Lemon
  • Sparkling water

Method...

Juice all ingredients and then add sparkling water.

Benefits...

Pineapple will boost your immune system due to its high content of Vitamin C and it will promote bone health as its rich in calcium. It is also rich in dietary fibre which will aid your digestion. 

Carrots are ideal for giving you healthy looking skin and is great at detoxifying the body. Did you know carrots are the second most popular vegetable? Only trailing behind potatoes.

Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients...

  • 2 Cups Pineapple Pieces
  • 1 Banana
  • Half Cup Fresh Pinepple Juice
  • Half Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Ice Cubes

Method...

Combine all ingredients, blend and enjoy! Refreshing and Delicious.

This smoothie is high in potassium and fibre. It will improve your digestive health and support a healthy heart. It will also assist in weight loss and it will make you feel fuller for longer.

Pine Delight

Ingredients...

  • 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 4 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 Cups Pinepple Juice
  • 1 Apple
  • Handful of Ice 

Method...

Blend all ingredients and serve. 

Benefits...

Packed with Iron and Vitamin C this juice really packs a punch. Rich in dietary fibre this drink will digest nicely.
