Sucker Punch 

Sweet Potato Juice

Ingredients...

  • 1 Sweet potato (peeled)
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root
  • Half a tea spoon of cinamon 

Method...

Juice all ingredients, serve with ice and enjoy!

Benefits...

Sweet potato is packed with goodness and is very low on the glycemic index making it a great vegetable to consume if you are wanting to shed a few pounds

Along with the cinamon it will also help boost your metobolism.

The Lean Green 

Raw Spinach Juice

Ingredients...

  • 2 Handfuls of Kale
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Pear

Method...

Juice apple followed by kale and spinach. Wash through the remains of the leafy veggies by juicing the cucumber and pear last.

Benefits...

The health benefits of spinach and kale are endless, both are high in iron and fibre, as well as being a good antioxidant.

Sunset Sparkle

Grapefruit Juice

Ingredients...

  • 1/3 Medium Pineapple
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit (Peeled)
  • Fresh Ginger 1cm Piece
  • Small Bottle of Sparkling Water
  • 1 Handful of Ice Cubes

Method...

Peel the grapefruit, leaving the white pith to make the juice more nutritious.

Juice the pineapple with the grapefruit and ginger. Pour the fresh juice over ice until the glass is 3/4 full, top up with sparkling water.

Both pineapple and grapefruit are great fruits to consume if you want to lose weight. Grapefruit is high in vitamin C, it will assist in speeding up your metobolism and the pineapple aids digestion.

Beetroot Juice

Ingredients...

  • 1/4 Medium Pineapple 
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Bulb Beetroot 
  • 4 Fresh Sprigs of Basil
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 1cm Root Ginger

Method...

Juice all ingredients but make sure you sandwich the basil and the ginger in-between the other ingredients to ensure maximum juice extraction.
