Those of you who know me, will know I am mad about juicing. It is such an easy and delicious way to consume loads of key nutrients in one quick and easy hit. Below are some of my favourite recipes which I am sure you will enjoy too...


Best Juicing Recipes 

Sunday Soother 

Best Juice Recipe

Ingredients...

  • 10 Green Grapes
  • 1 Apple
  • 150g Carrots
  • 2 Oranges

Method...

First chuck your apple, carrots and oranges into your juicer. As grapes a quite delicate fruits I like to mash them up and then add them to your juice, if you don´t like the pulp you can strain through a tea strainer beforehand. Serve and enjoy!

The carrot will help detox your liver whilst the orange will give you a much needed vitamin C boost. This juice is also great for improving lung function, your digestive system and blood circulation. Great juice to drink before exercise as it helps with muscle care.

Pink Pleaser

Best Juice Recipes

Ingredients...

  • 10 Black Grapes
  • 5 Raspberries
  • 150g Watermelon (skin removed)
  • 2 Oranges

Method...

This one can be done without an electric juicer and it tastes simply divine. Although you can juice grapes, raspberries and watermelon in a juicer, I prefer to blend them as they are quite delicate fruit. So blend the grapes, raspberries and watermelon in a blender first. Next use a simple lemon juicer to juice the orange and mix with the blended fruit. Add chilled water if you prefer a more liquid consistancy.

This juice is great for skin, hair and nails. It also helps to protect joints, bones and combats osteoporosis.

Summer Cocktail 

Ingredients...

  • 5 Black Grapes
  • 1 Kiwi
  • Half Banana
  • Half an Apple
  • 100g Papaya 
  • 2 Oranges

Method...

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and then juice the rest of the ingredients. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Helps reduce weight and cholesterol. Good for you liver and will help with you mood. Not only that this juice wil help optimise brain function and imporve your memory. Why not give it a try?

Green Machine

Best Vegetable Juicing Recipes

Ingredients...

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • Half a Medium Sized Cucumber
  • 4 Stalks of Kale
  • 1 Handful of Parsley
  • Table spoon of lemon juice

Method... 

Combine all ingredients into your juicer, you can add a dash of ginger to kick it a spicy kick. Enjoy!

This is a perfect low calorie juice packed with flavour and nutirients. This juice is splendid in aiding digestion, as well as be a remarkable antioxidant.

Juice Kicker

Best Vegetable Juicing Recipe

Ingredients...

  • 4 Celery Stalks 
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root
  • Half Cucumber
  • 1 Cup of Kale
  • 2 Cups of Spinach

Method...

Juice all ingredients and add a little water if you prefer a more liquid consistancy. 

Benefits...

This juice is jammed with iron, fibre and vitamin K. It is low in calories but full of goodness. The kale is rich in Vitamin K, very powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory.
