If you change some of your meals for a dish with chia then the high protein and high fiber content will assist you in losing weight! Plus... you will be getting added nutrients from these wonderful seeds.

Chia seeds are not a mystical food that will guarantee you drop a size if you eat it! No food does that, to lose weight you simple need to be in a calorie deficit.
