How to Make Wheatgrass Juice

Making Wheatgrass Juice - Tips

  • Try using the fresh leafs, I find fresh leafs make for a tastier juice. Also, make sure to check your leafs before juicing as mould tends to spread quickly.
  • Try using fresh leaves ideally, rather than using a powder form of wheatgrass. You can use the powdered form by all means but if you can use the fresh leafs to get the full benefits.
  • Ideally drink your wheatgrass juice straight after juicing for maximum benefit or after 30 minutes of chilling in the refrigerator. I wouldn't store it for longer than 24 hours in the fridge as it can go bad relatively quickly.
  • A quarter cup of wheatgrass will intern make a shot or wheatgrass juice.

I hope you find these tips and techniques useful. Trust me, have a glass of wheatgrass juice daily and you will soon notice the difference and be glad you started.
