It´s probably one of the most frequently asked questions about juicing.... is it possible to achieve weight loss through juicing?

I believe the answer is yes, you can use juice diets for weight loss but there are a few things to consider. For example everybody has different metabilism rates and blood types, there are many different factors which determines how much weight you can lose, there is no one size fits all.

Here is my go to plan for shedding a few extra pounds through juicing, not only can you lose weight and look great on this detox but I guarantee you will feel amazing too!

Below I have included 3 separate plans for to try depending on your weight loss goals. These plans work really well for me and I hope that you have similar success to reach your health and weight loss goals. 

With these plans they assist with weight loss but they also detox your body!

Juice Diet Plan - 1 Week Juice Weight Loss Plan




The One Day Juice Plan - Juice Diets for Weight Loss 

Wake:

Drink 1 pint of water infused with lemon 

Breakfast:

First juice of the day! 

Easy as ABC

Ingredients..

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Apple 
  • 1 Cup Pineapple (Fresh Pieces)
  • Half a Raw Beetroot 

Method..

Simple Juice all ingredients and enjoy!

Drink at least 1/2 liter of water before your next juice, herbal teas and lemon infused water is also fine.




Second Juice of the Day - Big Green Supreme

Ingredients..

  • 1 Green Apple
  • Half a Cucumber 
  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • Half a Lemon

Method...

First juice apple followed by the spinach and kale. Then juice cucumber, celery and the lemon.

Bottoms Up!!

Drink at least 1/2 liter of water before your next juice, herbal teas and lemon infused water is also fine.




Juice Number 3 - Big on Beetroot 

Ingredients..

  • 1 Beetroot
  • Half a lemon
  • Cup of spinach
  • Cup of Watercress
  • Half a cup of mineral water

Method...

Juice the lemon, followed by the spinach, watercress and water. 

Drink at least 1/2 liter of water before your next juice, herbal teas and lemon infused water is also fine.




Last Juice of the day

The Zinger

Ingredients..

  • 2 Carrots 
  • 1 Apple
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 Inch slice of ginger root
  • 1/2 Inch slice of turmeric root

Method...

Juice all the ingredients and enjoy!

Top Tips - Juice Diets for Weight Loss:

Juicing is a great way to help you lose weight in a healthy manor but you must remember that everyone has different bodies with their own unique balance and metabolism.

For example if you suffer from low blood sugar levels then it may not be a good idea to swap whole meals for a juice, in this case you´re best option would be to swap unhealthy or carbohydrate heavy snacks for a juice instead. 

Vegetables tend to be better than fruits for weight loss juicing due to their sugar content levels. Ideally your juices should contain 

Small amount every 3/4 hours small amount balance blood sugar levels 

Although juicing is an excellent way to consume essential nutrients and can help aid weight loss it is not a magic potion to losing vast amounts of weight just by juicing alone.

I lost all my pregnancy weight through juicing along with a healthy balanced diet and exercise and felt wonderful for it but it does take commitment and hard work.
