This is one of my favorite juices to drink first thing in the morning. This juice is packed with Vitamin C to boost your immune system and keep away those colds. It also contains key ingredients that will help keep away those bad foods cravings which is great if you trying to lose a few pounds.

Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Juicing all ingredients
  2. Serve over ice



Aloe Vera Delight

  1. First juice the parsley or cilantro
  2. Then juice the rest of the ingredients
  3. Finally add water for desired consistency 
  4. Serve over ice

  1. Simple juice all ingredients 
  2. Serve over ice
