Juicing for Diabetes 

Your diet is important but it becomes even more important when you have diabetes. Eating the wrong foods can have an adverse affect on your body.

You have to keep away from foods that have high sugar levels. The good thing is mother nature has provided foods that will help regulate your blood sugar. You need to avoid foods that are high in saturated fat like red meat and avoid processed food.

Go back to mother nature and look what natural foods are provided for you. Natural fiber that comes from fruit and vegetables will regulate your blood sugar levels.

We all know that green leafy vegetables are ideally to have for your health but what other ingredients are key if you have diabetes?

Key Ingredients

  • Chia seeds
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Collards
  • Turnip greens
  • Kale
  • Swiss chard
  • Cacao
  • Blueberries & Blackberries

Notes to remember:

Be careful with fruit juice as some fruits are high levels of sugar and if you think a glass of apple juice for instance might contain 4 or 5 apples - that is a lot of sugar in one serving. Stick to vegetables as your main ingredients in your juice and add one fruit like an apple or some berries
