Notes to remember:

Be careful with fruit juice as some fruits are high levels of sugar and if you think a glass of apple juice, for instance, might contain 4 or 5 apples - that is a lot of sugar in one serving. Stick to vegetables as the main ingredients in your juice and add one fruit like an apple or some berries.

Avoid fruits with high sugar content like mangoes and grapes. But remember it is always key to consult your doctor if you have diabetes and are changing your diet. I am a firm believer in the benefits of diet and how it helps your health.
