Pineapples are one of the best fruits to consume when trying to lose weight. They contain digestive enzymes that helps break down fats and they are known to help speed up your metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple (Green)
  • Half a Cucumber
  • Handful of Basil
  • 1-Inch Ginger Root
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Pieces

Instructions

  1. First juice the apple followed by basil and ginger
  2. Juice the cucumber and pineapple last
  3. Pour over ice and drink


Top Tip...

For optimum weight loss results, you should try to stick to juicing vegetables rather than fruit as they have a lower sugar content.
