  • Handful of Kale 
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 1 Lemon

Method...

First juice lettuce, kale, parsley and celery. Then juice the rest of the ingredients and enjoy.

Benefits...

The benefits of Kale and Parsley are immense both a very high in vitamins in minerals. They also contain fibre, zinc, Vitamin K and folate. This juice is a great antioxidant and the lemon will aid in your digestion.

  • Handful of Kale
  • 1 Cucumber 
  • An Inch of Ginger
  • A dash of Cayenne Pepper

Juice all ingredients and serve.
