If you are looking for easy-to-prepare delicious kale recipes then look no further. I don't know about you but I absolutely love pesto and it works great with kale.

Pesto has got to be one of the easiest and tastiest ways to get raw greens into your diet. We make pesto on a weekly basis as its just packed full of nutrients and is also a hit with our 1-year-old (minus the salt!) winner!

It can, of course, be mixed with pasta but is also a great salad dressing and all-around delicious spread. Make a meal out of one of these delicious pestos by mixing with pasta, chickpeas and lentils.

Very Tasty Kale & Pesto Dip

This delicious dip is packed with flavor and goodness. My family love it and it's a huge hit at all my parties

Ingredients

  • 4 Kale Leaves
  • 1 Cup Basil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Cup Pine Nuts
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese/Yeast Flakes (Vegan Option)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender
  2. Add Half a cup olive oil
  3. Blend and serve



Kale, Pesto and Avo supreme

Ingredients

  • Kale 1 cup
  • Basil 2 cups 
  • Avocado - half of 
  • Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Lemon 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Nutritional Yeast to taste - roughly 1x tablespoon 
  • Olive Oil 1/4 cup
  • Pepper to taste 

Instructions

Chuck all the ingredients into a blender/food processor or nutribullet and blend until smooth. Add more of any ingredient to adjust to your taste. 


Mouth Watering Pesto Kale

  • Kale 1 cup
  • Basil 1 cup
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Garlic 3 cloves 
  • Sunflower seeds 1/2 cup
  • Olive Oil 1/2 cup
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

Chuck all the ingredients into a blender/food processor or nutribullet and blend until smooth. Add more of any ingredient to adjust to your taste.
