  • 2 Cups Mango Pieces
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk 

Method...

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend. Enjoy!

Benefits...

Mangoes are known to prevent cancer and lower cholesterol. They will also assist alkalizing the body. The banana will give you a potassium and energy boost. 

The chia seeds are rich in both protein and dietary fiber. They assist your digestion and also will boost your energy & metabolism.

Mango Cocktail Juice

Ingredients...

  • 3 Cups Mango Pieces
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Mint Leaves

Method...

Combine all ingredients in your juicer and juice.

Mangoes are high in Vitamin C which will boost your immune system and they are known to improve digestion. 

Carrots are high in Vitamin A & K. They are great for promoting healthy skin and preventing infection.

The mint gives it such a mouth-watering taste. I hope you enjoy this juice as much as I do.

Juicing Mango

Fruit Juice Medley

Ingredients...

  • 2 Cups Mango Pieces
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Peach Pieces (Fresh)
  • 2 Cups Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Juice

Method...

Simply combine all ingredients in your juicer and juice away. You can place in the fridge for an hour prior to drinking.

Peaches are also one of my favorite fruits, not only for their taste but for their numerous health benefits. They are known to cleanse your kidneys and bladder.

Strawberries promote healthy skin and they are known to help to fight bad cholesterol. 

This is an ideal breakfast juice.

  • 1 Cup Raspberries 
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Ice
