Noni fruit is a great secret from mother nature to help you lose weight. It produces acid once digested which helps target your body fat stores!

It is low in calories and will help cleanse your digestive tract. It is mainly grown in Asia and Australasia but Noni fruit has become more famous throughout the world due to its weight loss benefits.

Noni Juice Weight Loss

It has numerous other health benefits like regulating your blood sugar levels and is rich in nutrients like potassium. 

You can drink noni juice on its own but I would recommend having it mixed with other fruits and vegetables.

Noni Juice Weight Loss

Drink Me Juice

Ingredients...

  • ¼ cup noni fruit, chopped or ¼ cup of noni juice.
  • 1 banana.
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple.
  • ¼ cup fresh mango.
  • Juice of ¼ lemon.
  • Handful of kale or spinach.
  • 1 inch ginger root 

Method...

Simply combined all ingredients and juice.

Enjoy straight away or place in the fridge to chill for an enjoyable cold beverage.

Fruit Supreme

Ingredients...

  • 1 noni fruit or 1 oz pure noni juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh Pineapple
  • 1 thumb fresh Ginger

Method...

Combine all ingredients and juice!

This is a great option to have first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

 Vanilla Delish

Ingredients...

  • 1 ripe Noni Fruit, approximately (450 g)
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk, evaporated milk, or water
  • 1 tsp (4.7 g) nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (14.3 g) vanilla (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp (2.4 g) grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (14.3 g) sugar (optional)
  • 1 lime, juiced (optional)

Method...

Juice all ingredients and bottoms up! Enjoy!
