Raw Food Recipes 

Raw Curry Zucchini

Raw Food Dinner Zucchini Curry


  • 6oz coconut water
  • 2 cups cashew nuts
  • quarter of an avocado
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 zucchini's 
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • quarter tsp cayenne pepper
  • quarter tsp salt


Wash zucchinis thoroughly and cut off the ends. Spiralize using the blade that makes spaghetti. 

Combine all the other ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. 

Throw zucchini noodles into the blend and top with sliced cherry tomatoes, grated carrots and cashew nuts. 

Enjoy! If you prefer to have this warm, simply heat in a sauce to 40 degrees and serve.

Raw Dinner Lasagna 

Raw Food Dinner Lasagna

If you like pesto, zucchini and tomatoes then you will love this bad boy. This is simple to prepare and tests divine!


  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
  • dried basil to top

Cashew Cheese

  • 1 cup cashew
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of basil

Blend all ingredients together

Basil Pesto

  • handful of basil
  • half cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

First been basil and almonds then slowly add lemon juice and olive oil.


Slice the zucchini horizontally into thin slices.

First put. layer of zucchini, then place tomatoes and basil on top then layer with another slice of zucchini then spread the cashew cheese, repeat until desired height. 

Top with basil and nutritional yeast. 

Raw Food Pizza

Raw Pizza Recipe

I don't know about you but I absolutely love pizza! (who doesn't). I thought by going raw I wouldn't be able to enjoy another slice but fear no more!



  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • juice from a fresh lemon
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 garlic clove


  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup with a mix of sunflower, hemp & flax seeds
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • 2 cups of your favorite veggies
  • 1 tsp olive oil 


  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 dates
  • 1 garlic clove
  • basil & oregano to taste



Blend all ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. 

Place in a cheese cloth and leave to settle for 2 days to bring out the flavors.


Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until it has combined into a damp dough.

Spread evenly into your pizza pan and dehydrate in your oven at the lowest temp or in your dehydrator for around 3 - 4 hours.


Place on an oven tray with some olive oil and dehydrate in the oven at the lowest temp for around an hour.


Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Spread evenly on your crust along with the veggie topping and cheese.
